FORTEO® (teriparatide injection): Missed or Forgotten Dose
FORTEO® should be taken once daily, at the same time of day.
What Should I Do If I Miss or Forget Dose of Forteo?
Teriparatide should be taken once a day.
You can take teriparatide at any time of the day.
To help you remember to take your teriparatide, you can take it around the same time of day or take it the same time you do another daily activity; for example, brushing teeth or watching your favorite TV show.
Do not take two shots in one day or try to make up a dose if you forget to take your teriparatide.
