CIALIS® (tadalafil): Treating Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Cialis® is not indicated for treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadalafil 40 mg under the name Adcirca® is approved for the treatment of PAH.

Cialis® (2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg) is indicated for the treatment of ED, the signs and symptoms of BPH (5 mg), and the combined treatment of ED and signs and symptoms of BPH (5 mg). It is NOT indicated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.1
